What is the e-Directive Registry?

This nationally recognized electronic Registry houses and makes available to treating health care providers West Virginians’ advance directive forms, do not resuscitate (DNR) cards, and POST forms. The e-Directive Registry allows these forms to be available 24/7 in the event of an emergency.
